We can accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs based on the following terms and conditions:
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in at 7:00 am , charge of 50% will be added to the room rate.
- For early check-in before 7:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm, a charge of 100% will be added to the room rate.
- Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charges are levied if cancelled 48 hours before arrival. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, 1 night room rent is retained with taxes.
Child Policy
Two children below 12 years of age will be allowed to stay in the same room with their parents at no extra cost. Above 12 Years (Max 3 Adults are allowed), an extra bed is provided at an additional charge of INR 600+ taxes per adult and it also includes buffet breakfast of extra adult.
Advance Deposit
Pagoda Hotel allows you to pay in advance and avoid cash and payment hassles during the stay.

Terms and Conditions
- It is important to quote the reservation confirmation number, guest name and hotel booked in the pay-in-slip. The pay-in-slip may be deposited at any branch of HDFC Bank.
- The advance paid is acceptable only for confirmed reservations, payment made for waitlisted reservations will not be deemed acceptance of either payment or room confirmation.
- We will accept cheques as advance deposits however, please note that this will be acceptable subject to its realization. Mere deposit of cheque will not be deemed acceptance of advance payment.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed inside the hotel.
ALCOHOL POLICY
We regret that alcohol is not served at the hotel and If you are interested in hosting a post- hospitality event, please coordinate with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room.

The entire hotel, including publicly accessible areas, is well-guarded and monitored around the clock through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the hotel.The hotel features 24-hour patrols by security guards, and public areas are equipped with an emergency exit plan, fire detectors and water sprinklers.
